Happiness Coach
Linda is an entrepreneurial consultant and coach from London, UK. She has founded international franchises in early childhood language teaching and sports coaching, and since 2003 has managed her husband's medical practice in New York City.
She is passionate about the link between health and happiness, earning her Masters Degree in the Science of Happiness with Prof. Tal Ben-Shahar, whose positive psychology courses were the most widely attended in Harvard. Using the Happiness Studies SPIRE model, Linda leads workshops on cultivating healthy mindsets, habits and evidence-based strategies for leading a meaningful and flourishing life.
